After we have checked the main things that must be done when we are buying laptop, we can think about some more things to be done, so we can be 100% sure we are making a correct choice and that we will not be totally misled.
What else you have to do is to:

- ask what is the term of the guarantee and if it is full guarantee for all the components or only for some of them. Also ask for list of the countries where the guarantee is covered.
-check in internet forums if there are any claim against this exact seller and if yes check carefully what the claims were about.
-before buying check the corpus, keyboard and the display for scratches, defects, broken pieces and if there are any trace from a use
-ask for testing the laptop before making the payment
-after buying the laptop first use it without putting the battery only with external power and if everything is OK, put the battery, make 3 cycles of full charging and full discharging.
-check if there are some additional accessories for the laptop available including main drivers and  restoring ones.
- be sure that you are not buying laptop without operative system because some problems can occur when installing the operative system at home.
-always check in the internet if any users have given information for serious problems with the drivers for the specific model or any other problems using operative system
- at least for one month keep all the packages as some of the companies do not want to change laptop which is not in original package. Also over some of the packages important information is put. And throwing the package away means loosing the information
-demand the laptop to be given to you from not opened package after you have checked that it has been never opened. If you buy a laptop which is out of package you risk a lot.
-be beware of purchasing via internet, as this is the easiest way to be lied. You can meet face to face the difference between the shiny pictures and the raw reality
-if there is problem and you take it to a guarantee repair, do not leave your guarantee card to the mechanics. They can lose you. Always be beware all the information for the repairs to be entered
-prefer to not leave your laptop to repair with its bag as if you forget something in the pockets it can be stolen and you can not prove anything
-and check always if the name plate on the laptop is with correctly written brand name. If you see Lambourgini, Ferarri or something like this, you can be sure the laptop is fake.
