Laptops that can be opened from under are easier for manipulating. Those that can be opened from above are a little bit more difficult as you have first to remove the keyboard. No matter of the opening, there is one sure thing that you have to do. This is to read carefully the owners manual of the laptop, so to erase any possibility of mistake. It is good idea to visit the web site of the producer of the laptop and to read all the information concerning the model of laptop you use. What you need for opening your laptop are screws with suitable ends. For the cleaning itself you will need compressed air, soft brush, pincers and small vacuum cleaner, cotton, ear sticks and spirits. Do not take the dust with fingers, because you can be in a big trouble.

Before starting the cleaning of course you have to turn off the laptop. This is not necessary to be said, but I prefer to insure myself and to tell this.
