We exclude the specially built laptops, which are made to be used in extreme conditions. The last ones possess durability to external impact no matter if it is from dust, water, and stroke. But for the durability you have to pay much more. And if you do not own this extra durable laptop, you should be careful to protect your laptop from:
-30% of the damages to the laptops are because of liquid spilled over the laptop. It is great to drink coffee while working with the laptop but soon it can turn to nightmare if you spill the coffee over the laptop.

-15% of the problems are because of keys out of order which can be because of tough work or because of low quality of production.

-10% of the problems are caused of power block which is out of order. In this case nothing depends on the user. Who is responsible for this problem is the producer.

-10% again are for the problems with broken matrixes of the display. It may be seem impossible to you, but the practice shows that it can happen. Well in one such a moment of hurry we may try to close the lid of the laptop without noticing a subject left over the keyboard or to put something heavy over let say pieces of paper, without seeing the laptop under.

-5% are the problems caused of burned controller of the USB ports. Normally this problem occurs with the budget model and is caused of lack of protection of ports’ power in the chipset of the plate. This is also problem of production, but the customers are guilty because they have chosen the cheapest version, where the price suppose problem from this range.

– 5% is for problems with the operative memory.

-again 5% is for damaged pixels of clusters.

-4,5 % of the damages are because of over heated video card which causes damage in the plate. This happens when the graphic sub system is not integrated in the chipset and its modules with video card are contiguous to each other and to the video processor.

Those are problems that 65% of laptop users have met at least ones. If you do not want to be part of the statistic, just be careful.
